I liked stamina sorcerer because it felt like a magic barbarian and that felt exotic enough to hold my interest. The stamina warden felt like a ranger class from every rpg I've played.
Stamden if you want to stay a little more in a human form. Stamsorc if you want to stay a little more in werewolf form.
Stamsorc orc is werewolf's meta for me and I have tried all classes and all sets. On my private PVP build he is literally destroying people in nonCP and duels, but he is not that awesome in a human form (I'm working on it), but still capable.
I play a Nord stam sorc tank, a real tank I mean, tough and hard to kill and able to keep aggro and not die from pretty much anything, not a buff monkey as you'd expect from trials crowd, and it's really fun to play.
I also play an Imperial stam warden damage dealer werewolf, and it's also quite fun to play.
If you have enough character slots, try them both. The current event makes it perfect to quickly level characters anyway.
Because I imagined my alt as a big, hairy, drunk nord mountain man with a large axe who get so close to nature he tends to howl at the moon on occasion...
...
But stamsorc also works well with nords, just sayin. They have a special connection with Kyne, goddess of winds after all. And werewolves are connected to Hircine, so the daedric stuff also goes reasonably well together I guess.
This sure was a hard question for me since i like both sorcs and wardens, i always have alot of fun with them but i guess for now i will have to say stam sorc.
Your mileage will vary; each can have its own distinctive play style revolving around a character concept and roleplay should you so choose. What I've noticed in coming up with various character concepts is that the "stamina sorcerer" is very limited in terms of what it brings to the table with class abilities, especially compared to the "stamina warden." Devoid of all other considerations, that alone makes me vote hands down in favor of "stamina warden" being more fun. There's just more flexibility with it concept-wise.
