Power Extraction AOE Still Dodgeable

I was using power extraction to execute nightblades and dodge rollers on my 2h/bow stam nb.
Yesterday, I found multiple players where able to dodge roll right through the aoe. This has been broken for several patches now and I'm shocked that it hasn't been fixed.
It also appears to not break some players out of cloak.
I play on ps4 na.

✭Xbox NA this is broken as well, I slotted it as an aoe execute option as well and was left with blue balls when I realized it was still broken. It's funny that they patch aoe's to make them undodgeable but since this ability is garbage and no one uses it ZOS just completely forgets to update the code for the skill...0 -

That is because that is what it is. AOE direct damage. The are 4 different basic categories for damage in ESO. AOE vs single target and damage over time vs direct damage. Power extraction is and AOE direct damage ablity. Now if you are saying that power extraction is acting like single target direct damage ablity, that is a problem.Edited by Lightspeedflashb14_ESO on April 15, 2019 3:30AM0
