Cannot receive "a final request" and "road to rivenspire" after saving Emeric

When he said he has two matters needing my assistance, I have only one dialogue option as "goodbye" and can't further conversion to acquire the quests.

Contacted tech support, which obviously never played the game, nor understand the problem, gave a bunch of genetic answers that doesn't work.

Any idea?

    fixed myself, apparently I wandered to Rivenspire before picking up saving Emeric's quest from the Orc mage.

    At the entrance of Rivernspire, I met the Camlorn guy who gave me a quest to meet the Countess, which should be the one following "Road to Rovenspire". Since I got this already, Emeric would not give me "Road to Rivenspire".

    This is a bug IMO, The Camlorn guy should not give, and I should not be able to pick up, the quest if I have not finished saving Emeric, a simple check should fix this easily.

    The customer service is really not helpful, they seems generally not familiar with many things.
