Addons that should be game basics

As the title suggests, list the addons that you believe should be game defaults.
Since swapping to pc, alpha gear and cp profile are massively important to me as a player. I can switch between healer, dps and tank between pulls and fights to fulfill the required role and queue as whatever role I want with the same character at the press of a button. This enriches my play, and having run with a group of similar minded people today, we could swap roles mid dungeon based on skill and experience with least effort to keep the run from failing.
That's just 2 examples of what gamers have brought to the game that dev overlooked.
What else can we as a community point to?
