Vet dungeons, bugged quest, XP?

Once I join a dungeon, I can see a NPC to get a quest. Once my group ports to me, the quest symbol disappears. No on is able to get the quest and it is not shareable.
Anyone else seeing this? Anyone finished VET dungeon quests and can report how much XP it gives?

Getorix✭✭✭One of the people porting to you probably already has the quest. IT needs to be changed but as a quick fix id make sure none of them have the quest before they port in.0

doggie✭✭✭If you go in solo without beeing in a group maybe it works, that worked for me at the 35-36 dungeons when the quest disapeared when others zoned in.0
