Does all these rare motifs like prophet , firedrake etc counts toward style master achievement?

I don't think outfit only styles like the ones you mention count, only craftable motifs.

Style pages are not motifs. You can not craft an item in that style, so no, they don't count.

AND, you must know ALL pages of a motif for it to count towards the achievement.
