Which is a pointless holdover from the Subscription days. I get they want to incentivize log ins. Arbitrary low limits are a lazy way to accomplish that.

You have to log in to actually use the cake to get the tickets. Thus, you are already logged in, so what's the harm in spending them. The limit doesn't change the fact that you're already logged in to get the tickets.
You might have an argument if you got the tickets regardless of logging in, you just got 2 a day, and were thus "forced" to log in or you would "lose" them, but that isn't the case here.

15 Alts is the argument. The vendor is not near where all the other activities, and, its still a stupid arbitrary limit designed to manipulate the population into doing something that does not need to be done.
The good news is, I dont care one whit for the Indryk, and I have yet to spend a feather on it. It just bothers me as the reason for the limit is no longer supported by trying to keep people subbed.
That's one event for one week.
It's still a limit set for conditions that no longer exist

Hmm, math genius? When you're trying to get something into your overloaded inventory - you just can't get it until you free some space. But items doesn't disappear, even the quest rewards.

I don't even know why they make 12 the max you can carry?
Just like I don't know why you can only have one boss quest at a time.
...and like I don't know why you can only have 25 quests, in your quest log, despite there being multiple crafting dailies, writs and so on.
...and like I don't know why they designed this event to be broken up into separate weeks of doing one thing, obsessively, all the time.
I just don't know why they make everything so unnecessarily annoying, frankly?

Got 12 tickets - used daily cake - spent 10 tickets for berry - used daily cake again - no more tickets.
Are you serious that this should work that way?
Damn ZoS you make me mad EVERY time you make ANYTHING...

Transmute some weapon to Nirnhoned > Deconstruct it > sell Potent Nirncrux for ~10K > Profit!
Ahem
… Look up
Look down
Look out
Look around
Look up
Look down
There's a crazy world outside
LOOK in YOUR INVENTORY
… It can happen to you
It can happen to me
It can happen to everyone eventually

And if the events are so horrible why bother doing them?
If having to go to an event vendor to spend tickets is so hard and time consuming *Woe is me* why bother doing it?
Whether you agree or disagree with me doesn't matter end of the day OP came to complain about something extremely minor when the game is suffering from actual issues that would benefit better from attention of the devs like say idk
1 Class Balance
2 Game Performance
3 Bugs Like being Stuck in Combat.
4 PvP And All related Issues
5 The future of the game in general
You know minor things trifles! but hey I guess being able to hold only 12 event tickets at once is rough and not being able to get more till those 12 are spent Oh have mercy on us Sithis its too much to much I say!
Those mount rides from wayshrines near the event vendors must be killer that whole minute of being on auto run must just burn the muscles in the hand....
Sarcasm aside if this seriously is what you think Zos should be spending their time on to *accommodate* some people who make it sound as if its almost a chore to play the game and do these events for their own rewards then I have to ask why bother logging on to play it?
