How do I start Week 2 event?

I did a dolem and I got no week 2 event loot. So I am wondering what do I need to do or go to start week 2 events? I read what the site said but I don't understand what "complete daily quests" mean. Where do I go for these quests then. I am in Auridon and Aldmeri Dominion is my alliance if that makes a differencce.

Complete daily quests to defeat Delves and World Bosses to earn the Gift Boxes that have a chance to also include pages of the Lyris Titanborn Outfit Style. This includes Delve and World Boss dailies from all of the game’s DLCs and Chapters in addition to the Delve daily offered by the Undaunted (note, not Pledges).
DLC delve and world boss dailies in addition to Bolgrul's daily undaunted delve quest. That is:
Clockwork City WB should be available straight away, delve questgiver unlocks if you have run the delve once
Morrowind - Complete the main questline until you've spoken with Vivec for the first time, then answer the "Adventurers Wanted" poster to unlock the questgiver. Questgivers at Halls of Justice.
Summerset - Questgivers are the Justiciars in the plaza in Alinor
Wrothgar - Questgivers at the inn outside Orsinium and in the Long House at the Morkul Stronghold
Murkmire - Questgiver in Lilmoth
Gold Coast - Quests from the Kvatch bounty board
Hews Bane and the base game zones don't have WB dailies.
Undaunted enclave - Bolgrul standing a bit away from the pledge givers.3 -

ah, so I am in the wrong place being in Auridon? Do I have to go see anyone to get the quest or just go to a Delves?Not my quote but I love this saying

Its not delve quests, its daily world boss or daily delve quest.
Go in Worthgar or other DLC zone and write in zone chat + World Boss daily, players will invite you0 -

✭✭You also have Mages Guild and Fighters Guild dailies, obviously given out in their respective guild halls.
I think Fighters guild involves clearing 3 dolmens in a zone, Mages guild are usually delves (may be wrong, haven't done them in donkeys as their normal rewards are pretty poor).Australian on PS4 NA server.
