Guild MOTD Notification Bug is Back

Noticed that in the past week or so the guild message of the day notification bug that happened a while ago is back. Basic steps to reproduce:

Logon on main character (top of character list).
Clear several guild MOTD notifications.
Logon to second character...no MOTD notifications.
Keep logging into characters. At some point the guild MOTD notification for guild #4 (my last guild) pops up. Close it.
Keep logging into different characters. The guild MOTD notification for that same guild pops up on login.

Basically it looks like one character starts the bugs after logging in and keeps the MOTD popping back up on subsequent characters.

Just 2 of my 14 characters get all motd notifications on every login, no matter how many times I dismiss them.
