Okay wow I ask a question and it just completely blew up into something awful I'm not trying to trigger anybody and not trying to upset anybody. I just hate that there's other people I know that have been working so hard trying to do this and we're missing out because of this long extended maintenance. I get what they're doing I understand that they're trying to fix it. The problem is that there's those of us who will have other things that we need to do this evening and we won't be able to get on and do what we usually do first thing in the morning. So for those of us who are missing out it does matter. I understand that extending it could be a problem I get that and if somebody else had said previously yeah the undaunted stuff is going to be a problem at all we see is every time that event goes on the event finder becomes a problem. So they do need to find a way to deal with all of these issues and make it better for everybody. I just feel like I'm missing out on an entire day of the things that I usually do from the morning till it's time for me to go to work or do what I need to do in the evening and I can't do that today because of the maintenance that is taking far longer than it was supposed to. So I'm just asking for a little compensation for the fact that I am missing out on the things that I would be doing.if so many people are against an extra week I understand that okay don't give us an extra week just give us the loot boxes that were missing out on and the event tickets as I have stated repeatedly we are working so hard to try to get this stuff and today we are missing out I just want what I can't get because I can't get on to do it.I'm truly not trying to upset anyone trigger anyone anger anyone cause any problems I just feel like that something should be done about the fact that we are unable to get on and take care of this there's only so many hours in the day and some people do after work so just come to an agreement to help those of us that can't get on and do the stuff today to at least get a little something for what we're missing out on!

Our loss of time to get the tickets and loot boxes that we can't get right now!

Just give everyone two extra event tickets I'm not worried about a few loot boxes while this event is that long , that should make most people happy

I am fine with them just giving the extra tickets! I mean that's all I really want! The loot boxes would also be nice! I am trying to get all the motifs I can during this event! It is not the maintenance that is the problem. It is the fact that it is taking so much longer and I understand that there must be some issues and that is fine too but it is fair to those of us that do work and can't be on 24/7 to be able to get the event tickets that we are missing out on. I understand that adding more time is not necessary and that a lot of people don't think that we need it but it would be right to give those of us and everyone for all I care two extra tickets because of the time lost.

We can also just use the cake, get the writ quests and do them tomorrow, and then do tomorrow's quests as well, can't we?

Back in the day a respectable company would give compensation for unexpected downtime and server issues.

Most people have, say, a 4 hour window to fit in game play - after work, before bed. I'm not saying that people are right to complain as much as they do, we know the work has to be done and we know they don't make it take longer than it should just for the fun of it. But some of the arguments against the complainers aren't really feasible.

But then we all know they are merely intended to throw fuel on the fire...

I just wanted an answer to some sort of compensation. I wasn't trying to start an argument or calls all this fuel to the fire crap. I just wanted to know if there was going to be something because of the fact that there are people who can't get on during this time. And will not be able to do the event for the day and they are missing out it's not fair and I understand that the maintenance has to be done. but it's just that I am missing out on something that I've been doing and also as I stated previously I was sick yesterday so I did miss out on some stuff yesterday as well and this will be 2 days if it goes on and I can't get on I just feel like maybe a little more time throw some free tickets at everybody from free loot boxes something a way to compensate for the few hours that we are missing out and can't get on for the day that's yet I don't want a bunch of people getting all angry and aggravated I just want my tickets. And the loot boxes would be great as well because as I said I'm trying to collect as many motifs as possible for my master crafter he's not yet a master crafter anyhow I Rambo sorry thank you hope everything goes well hope they're listening to everything and that some kind of an agreement is made and some kind of compensation for those of us who do have very little time and only specific times when we can do what we are trying to do thank you and I'm sorry for anyone that got upset didn't mean for that to be an issue!

As someone with a packed work schedule, I get it; but really, how much time do you need for this event? All you have to do is spend 10 seconds eating cake for tickets, and grabbing some writs (you can finish them the next day). If this was PvP week, ok, but I can't really see how 14 hours to do the dailies isn't enough...
