Are Elemental Weapon and Crushing Weapon Equally Good?

I know that in most cases the mag morph (Elemental Weapon) is the BIS spammable, but is the same true for the stam morph (Crushing Weapon)? Or does that depend on the class?

they are not equal because in PVE the secondary status effects of elemental weapon is better for dps than the secondary healing of crushing weapon. most stam builds and classes will have a better spam option that offers more up side.

Inverse for pvp. The status effect is meh and self healing is more important.
Looking for any guildies I used to play with:
    Havoc Warhammer - Alair
LoC EQ2 - Mayi and Iskiab
PRX and Tabula Rasa - Rift - Iskiab
Or anyone else I used to play games with in guilds I’ve forgotten

Since OP mentioned "spammable", I just assumed it was a PVE question specifically.

In pvp context you can refer to a skill as a spammable if that skill is the skill of choice when you have put all of your debuffs, dots etc and just want to do some damage to get into execute range.

Status effects are meh in PvP? Says who? I'd much rather take 8% more damage done or 15% less damage taken over some negligible heal any time.

I’d rather take the healing for pvp, too bad i play magic not stam.
I guess ZOS is stance is if you want to be successful pvp wise you must roll stam

True. However with reflections you’re almost as likely to apply those to yourself as your opponent.

Not sure what that has to do with your original point ("status effects are meh in pvp") but ok

That makes me wonder, is the damage from Elemental Weapon actually reflectable? It's a separate damage component to the light attack, but does it inherit the characteristics of the light attack? Hmm.

This is crazy. Where in this game is stam better suited than mag? Certainly not PvP...

No, well I know for a fact Crushing Weapon is not reflectabled only the light attack. I'm pretty sure Elemental Weapon is the same.

Ele weapon is too clunky and can’t be anim cancelled
You can get 3 cshocks/fpulses and la off in the same time as 1 ew and la -Mix it with an asylum staff and solar barage and ele weapon is the weaker of the 2 over time
