Don't worry I have the same opinion that it should be extended if a maintenance went out of control (maybe not a whole week but at least one day). It's not something ZOS has to do but it would be a nice gesture and some kind of service to their players.

They did last year but it was due to a week long spat of server issues that really impacted consoles and PC EU mostly.

They will not extend a 5 week event for an 11 hr maintenance.

lmao. extend an already extended event by a week to make up for a half a day. Sucks if you miss out of 2 event tickets but can easily throw 50k at someone to get 2 gifted. If after 4 weeks of this event and you're not tired of grinding for the boxes then you still have another week to get them from any daily in the game.

The only thing I'd like to see is the possibility of having overlaping box days or something. A sort of "whoops... some of you couldn't do your crafting boxes today so you the 11th you can do your crafting boxes AND the delve/boss boxes."

A week is a little overboard for an event that is already 5 weeks long. However, providing event tickets for those unable to log in should be done since 11 hours is quite an outage window. In the past, people were able to contact customer support for tickets they were unable to get.

Yeah, I popped on as soon as we changed to "the next day", so I got my tickets around 1:15 am CST

So you're saying the months-long server issues since the late January maintenance doesn't qualify?

I'm just about the last person to defend the ticket system, but as a reminder: you can pick up your berries (which are the limited time option) and then pick up your feathers. And then more feathers later in other events for other indriks.

You are not entitled to this, you signed up to ESO and agreed for ZOS terms. This includes servers being down as long as zos l,ike. Even if servers were down for many days, you should still be happy because you signed up this already; no point in being dissatisfied since you accepted TOS already clearly stating this is how it is.

Hey I understand that a week is a little bit of much but I figured ask for longer and they might give a decent response 😉! We don't really need the extra week but I would like my tickets for today and an extra loot box or two would be nice! So here are s a better idea! Just give everyone the extra tickets and some extra loot boxes for the down time! I really just want the tickets! I am trying to get my berries! Also I have been working hard every day on this to collect the loot boxes!

@TinaRapp - Look at all the folks you triggered!! :P Take it from those of us who lived through what you're asking for - you don't want it.

I've played since beta and I've never disliked this game as much as I did by the time we were done with the extended Jubilee last year.

I do and I get it! But I am just so frustrated over this! I have to work later and can't be on so I will not be able to get my tickets or the loot boxes. I have been trying to collect as many as I can for the motifs! So I understand that it dose get crazy and you don't want to grind for the boxes! However I want the stuff I am missing out on!

I was sick all day yesterday so I'm sorry I wanted to get on today and enjoy ESO! I don't mind the maintenance process. it's a good thing they're trying to fix things that need fixed however the fact that this is taking so long I just want to be able to make up from my loss of today. no we probably don't need an entire week and I just said that you know because I thought you know why not throw in a whole week actually just extending it one day or actually just giving us about 7 or 8 loot boxes and are tickets for the day will be fine.
