Not received drops from Bethesda's Stream

I watched both bethesda's streams in full - from beginning to end - they mentionned we'd get drops - i didn't receive anything so far...anyone else having the same situation? I don't mind that much - but the system seems very unreliable...?

I watched the entire stream and have nothing either. Maybe there are only drops during the ESO stuff.

I watched the stream yesterday, and got the cub and one crate when I logged into the game about one hour later.
Don't know what went wrong for you ...

Was there a time limit on the drops ? Like you had to log in not too long after the end of the stream to receive them ?
Check if your twitch account is linked to your eso account as well, that could be the reason.

i watched the ESO portion and she specifically said there were drops

You only need to be in the stream for about 10 minutes, as I recall, and it can be 10 minutes at any time during the stream. This is just what I recall being told, and it only applies to PC, not console. (In the event that I am wrong about this, then I am wrong about this)

For PC, you need to be logged into Twitch, have the Twitch account linked to your ESO PC account, and then watch for the requisite amount of time. Saying something in chat is not required. I received my pet yesterday, on both PC NA and PC EU.

For console, I guess that all that was required was to log into the game before 7pm EDT on Sunday. Watching the stream was not required.

I can't say for sure since I have not checked on my console account to see if I got the pet.

Watched both, got my 2 crates, and I've had cub before. You'll get the letter only the first time, second the crate will be placed in crate's place silently and not right away.

I got mine. I took about 24 hours to show up as I think ZOS stages them. If you haven't receive anything by now it sounds like something went wrong.

@Nemesis7884 @FLuFFyxMuFFiN @calitrumanb14_ESO Hey guys, is it possible you changed your Twitch password in the past couple months? We're currently tracking an issue where it seems some people didn't get the guaranteed Drops, and the current thinking is this may be the culprit.

Well, remember some of the Drops are just a chance, but from official streams like ESO Live or the recent PAX streams, you should've gotten a Drop from those.

Did you make sure it isn't in collections cause you don't get a warning if they hand out pet drops like that, i had no warning and found it in collections by typing part of the name

I got two emails that said I got a pet and a crate and they are listed on my billing page, but neither of them show up in-game.

I noticed the other day that somehow my account had become unlinked between ESO and Twitch. So I relinked it and got 1 crate. Then I installed the desktop app and haven't gotten a crate since. I guess I'll go back to using the browser.

But it was odd that I was linked just fine, made no changes, and suddenly found I wasn't getting crates. I figured I was just unlucky and didn't chase it too hard, but eventually dug into it to discover it wanted me to link ESO and Twitch again, which I did and then got a crate the very next day.

Didn't get one from the ESO stream or any of the Stream Team for the last 2 days, though. But again, maybe I'm just unlucky.

My other account (@AmaBrat) also didn't receive the guaranteed drops. I was watching the stream on my laptop, on Firefox on that account. I even made a few comments just to be sure. This account was *watching* on my Ipad and got the drops. Not sure what the problem actually is, as both accounts used to get the guaranteed drops in the past + some of the randoms. Nothing was changed password wise or anything else for that matter. This has been an issue for me for the last 3 ESO live(s) where drops were supposed to be guaranteed

I've tripled checked my stuff, not getting them either on the desktop app for twitch. I did get the pet from the last official stream, but I was watching on my phone.
Guess I'll be watching in the browser, too, then. $:\$

Similar to Amaljia above, one account rec'd the pet & crate, the other did not. The acct that did not receive the cub is the account that has the mount. Both were watching the stream, and I have not changed passwords.

I had an issue where I didn't get a drop from official stream. but contacting support resloved it.

P.S there was issue last month where an official stream was treated like unofficial ones with only a chance as a drop. Just show official article now eso twitch schedule that wasn't a chance.

Gina, I did get the drops... but I have noticed in the last couple of months, that, even though you are actively watching the streams on Twitch, something on Twitch's end will actually put you into away mode before the 10 minute time frame, and I think that is what is causing a lot of people not to get drops despite actually watching the whole stream.

I've been testing it out several times through different streamers and you pretty much have to keep clicking something in the stream every few minutes to keep from being put into away mode. Even if your tab is the one that is active. I believe it is Twitch's way to force people to reload the stream which will cause them to have to watch another Prime Advertisement again.
