What procs Ravager in PvP?

I'm theorycrafting a new stamina DK build for PvP. In order to compare it to other builds for that character, I need to calculate probability of Ravagers proc in my combo.
I would like to ask a number of yes/no questions to establish a list of skills that will proc this set.
Please answer any of them if you have tested this set relatively recently.

Hopefully with group effort we will be able to create a comprehensive list of all skills that actuially do proc Ravager set.
My theoretical research in this subject has concluded that it sometimes behaves not the way intended. Thus I would like to gather empiric data.
  1. Do light attacks from S&B proc it?
  2. Do light attacks from Two Handed sword proc it?
  3. Does Oblivion Damage Glyph on S&B proc it?
  4. Does Disease Damage Glyph on S&B proc it?
  5. Does Poison Glyph on S&B proc it?
  6. Does poison dot procced from melee weapon proc it?
  7. Does Power Slam proc it?
  8. Does Shielded Assault proc it?
  9. Does Heroic Slash proc it?
  10. Does Take Flight proc it?
  11. Does Executioner proc it?
  12. Does Noxious Breath initial hit proc it?
  13. Does Noxious Breath dot proc it while user is in melee range?
  14. Does Noxious Breath dot proc it while user is outside melee range?
  15. Does Volatile Armor initial hit proc it?
  16. Does reflected by Volatile Armor damage proc it when other player hits the user?
  17. Does Baleful Mist proc it?
  18. Does Venomous Claw initial hit proc it?
  19. Does Venomous Claw dot proc it when user is in melee range?
  20. Does Venomous Claw dot proc it when user is outside melee range?
  21. Does Critical Rush/Stampede proc it?
  22. Does Carve initial hit proc it?
  23. Does Carve dot proc it when user is in melee range?
  24. Does Carve dot proc it when user is outside melee range?
  25. Does every Flurry hit proc it?
  26. Does only the initial/final hit of Flurry proc it?
  27. Does Blade Cloak proc it?
  28. Does Whirlwind proc it?
  29. Does Flying Blade proc it?
  30. Does proc from Visious Ophidian proc it?
  31. Does Dark Talons proc it?

Well, I’m no rocket scientist or anything, I mean, I’ve been wrong before buuuuuuttt, I *think* the way Ravager works is when you deal melee damage, you have an 8% chance to increase your Weapon Damage by 645 for 10 seconds. This effect can occur once every 10 seconds.

    Wut?

No, it doesn't proc on lit staff. Maybe it proc on a hybrid templar using lit staff and jabs, but I'm not sure

Sarcasm is something too serious to be taken lightly

I was born with the wrong sign
    In the wrong house
    With the wrong ascendancy
    I took the wrong road
That led to the wrong tendencies
I was in the wrong place at the wrong time
For the wrong reason and the wrong rhyme
On the wrong day of the wrong week
Used the wrong method with the wrong technique

I know flurry doesn’t or technically shouldn’t proc it, initial hit or otherwise because the whole thing is considered a dot. I’m pretty sure only direct damage delivered in melee range procs it. And that’s why it’s good for stamplar because of the weird jabs properties where it’s direct damage but also a dot that’s also direct damage or something. Or at least that’s my confused understanding of it. For example it used to proc on caltrops but they decided it was too easy so they made it direct damage. So just go through your list and if it’s a direct damage melee ability it can proc it. If it’s a dot it won’t unless it has a clear intitial direct damage portion perhaps but I don’t think many dots do. I could be a bit mixed up though. I don’t think it’s ever been very clear.

Last time I checked Flurry’s last hit could proc it. But that was a while ago and it’s not quite easy to always land the last hit.

Also, do jabs proc ravager without the passive burning light passive?

What about Veiled Heritance? A bit less damage but much easier to obtain the buff.
    PC EU - DC only

    ill try and keep this concise since I use ravager a lot. (Stamplar) if anyone has corrections, please feel free. this is as far as I know;

    1 - Yes
    2 - Yes
3,4,5 - Enchants are not melee.
    6 - Not direct damage.
    7 - Yes
8 - actually not sure, I'm assuming not.
    9 - Yes
    10 - Same as 8 (It's down to range)
    11 - Yes
    12 - Not melee (range)
    13,14 - same answer as 12.
15 - it's a dot, im assuming not. Not sure though.
    16 - No
    17 - No
    18 - I think so, not sure.
19,20 - Not direct melee damage.
    21 - same as 8
    22 - Yes
    23,34 - same as 12
25 - not direct melee damage (channel)
    26 - no
    27 - Yes
    28 - No (range)
    29 - No (range)
30 - Not sure, highly unlikely
    31 - No

Can you see the trend? ranager is procced only off direct melee damage.
    Hope this helps!
