That is pretty insulting. Wasn't this said 5 years ago? Still happening now? Insulting on Zenimax part for it to still be here 5 years later and it looks like they don't care and even want to fix it. It's one thing to say what you did and you are correct but to say what I quoted is insulting. People shouldn't have other people tell them they are working on it when people do not see results. Everything else you said is correct though. Zenimax working on servers and lag? I don't think so.

After all seeing how Todd has no shame and then seeing the Zenimax team have no shame for the lag and poor servers except for a "we are working on it" but not showing results for 5 years is really insulting. At least be sorry for that and the Zenimax Faces couldn't even apologize for that and just brush it off like it was nothing.

Almost as bad as Todd saying "there were issues". Not acknowledging the situation and not even being sorry for it.

Yes, the Zenimax Online Studios does a great job in making the game. They are not perfect. Thing is, they are not sorry either and don't care.

OR they are not allowed to say anything and they will be fired for doing so. Reasons. Lawyers told the company they can't say anything.

Once we've paid for our subscription, it is no longer "our" money.

ZOS could spend it on the global supply of bananas, and throw said bananas into the sun, and we'd have no legal ground to contest this spending, as the money now legally belongs to ZOS. As long as they spend it legally, they can do whatever they want with it.

Actually the bugs -do- get fixed. Eventually. Just look at all the buggyness of the past, and how all of it is forgotten because... it got fixed!
But... a game like this has a LOT of code, so tracking down a bug can take a while...

...and yeah, its annoying when there is a bug bugging up the works, and they take their sweet time to fix it. But that's how it goes sometime, all we can do it bug report any we stumble upon to make sure they know, and then move on until they find and squish it.

It's a complicated system involving a family of companies as well as outside partners. $1 you spend in this game might go to the budget of a future Bethesda game, to returns on the massive amounts of venture capital that ZeniMax Inc has received, or just to buy new paper towels in bathroom nearest to the cafeteria. So it's impossible to track where your purchases go, much less just one purchase. It goes all over the place and I'll never try to mislead anyone into believing it goes exactly where you'd prefer it to go. But that's generally true of all expenditures, even to charity.
