it's certainly not bug fixes. I just logged in to do some bgs, queued up, everything went smoothly enough, except the game assigned 0 people to green team. had to eat a deserter penalty for it. If it was rare then maybe oh well, but it reliably happens to me at least once when i sit down and try to do bgs. On top of that, there are also times where you have to fight through ages of "ready cheeck succeeded, group formed! someone declined the invite, returning you to the front of the queue"
and the mail system. and the generally higher than average server latency compared to literally every other game.
Paying people to make new content to put out every few months? And they are working on servers/lag. People assume it's as easy as plugging in all of the cables into a new modem and flipping the switch.
