    No I play during EU prime time as well and EU Vivec is certainly not empty.
    I can play any time because I don't have to work as I made money earlier in life.
    I believe it has something to do with Akamai routing.

    It would be untruthful if I said: "There are no problems" but they are only 'hiccups''.

    The secret is to learn how to work around them. I love this game and have no intention to cancel my recurring ESO+. :)

    If I stopped playing, I would have to get a life. :'( Joke.

    I'm not complaining about my personal experience, i'm talking about a general experience, it is your only problem if you do not live close to a server x_x

    The dungeon finder didnt work the first few days of the dungeon event on NA
    It still does not work right
    I get disconnected from trials and dungeons all the time
    And we get skill lock in PvP all the time. Last night was really bad in there.

    Its not just EU, EU just seems to have more server hiccups/downtime than NA but we have the same problems trust me

    EU servers and the game in general are so trash atm it made me resub to WoW, just saying.
