Notification bug/exploit when in large group

Was in a large Alikir group running dolmens and out of nowhere started getting random "Group Election" notifications. It was the entire group.. First it was a white screen then it was the snipe icon then different images started to appear. The group disbanded and stopped what they were doing. I am not sure if it were a bug or a person exploiting the game.. Posting screen caps to show what I am talking about.

    nope it kept up from being able to fight. I think what Alienoutlaw said is what was happening. I think somebody in group somehow hacked the group notifications. It delayed my grind lol.
