Obviously it’s way to early to have anything set in stone as possible builds, but with the pre-test phase Necro skills released, what kind of builds are you guys whipping up? Stam and Mag Necro look very well designed and rounded out for PVP and PVE for most roles to boot!
So what are you all thinking about ways to augment the classes strengths? Overcome it’s weaknesses?

✭The stam melle rotation seems super non dynamic. The bow will be even easier and no one will play mag range because bow bow does way too much damage lol1 -
Kuratius✭✭✭I think Hanu's compassion and Akaviri dragonguard/jorvuld's guidance is going to make for an amazing rez build. You can rez someone every 40 seconds, less if you use vampire drain a few times.

✭✭✭Necro tank, sort of like a death knight. Necro looks rammed full of utility. My plan is pvp with the goal of staying alive, spreading major vulnerability, etc... all those good things.
Since I’m interested in pvp tooltips are a bit useless, functionality is more important - or how abilities actually function in game. Won’t know what I’ll do until I’m leveling it.
All I’m fairly certain about is using that heavy set that builds ultimate.Looking for any guildies I used to play with:
Havoc Warhammer - Alair
LoC EQ2 - Mayi and Iskiab
PRX and Tabula Rasa - Rift - Iskiab

@Kuratius Don't forget to use the decisive trait and go Nord and if Blessing of the Potentates is too expensive for you, use Bloodspawn for even more ultimate. Also Jorvuld's will only add 12 additional ultimate, which is only 6% of the ultimate cost, so Dragonguard is better unless you want it to boost the other skills too. Resolve and Ward are the most significant with 7.2 seconds. Fracture and Breach don't have a duration (it's AoE) so that won't work.This Bosmer was tortured to death. There is nothing left to be done.0 -

Jolting arms sounds interesting with engaging bash tank in PvP sieging.
Alksoah + Haven of Ursus... proc your own synergize glory
See potential of health tank nerco style but don't know how synergize it with something.
Love name moondancer, and with nerco could finally have a shot at using set.
Want to try alkoash on a dps nervous to proc. If nothing else there's that new major slayor set.

You only have enough slots to go for hanu+dragonguard+bloodspawn, potentates is a 3 piece bonus.
I think the jorvulds/dragonguard thing was for healer/tanks, healers would use jorvulds, tanks would probably go with dragonguard. Although I suppose healers could just go for dragonguard jewelry.0 -

Yes I can read - Why do you contradict yourself if its too early - you realize any good thoerycrafters isn't going to say anything on the forums until it's live.
We're all in silence - for things to pass bye the class reps and devs. And if someone does post a pts build, well there a bit thirsty for attention and it's probley going to need adjusting for live.

Xogath✭✭✭I'm looking forward to running a 2H/Bow Stamro.
Based on available abilities, their functions so far, passives, etc., I think it'll work particularly well when picking up the actual Execute from the 2H tree.
Honestly pretty tired of the DW/Bow meta, and everything being SO DoT heavy in this game.. Necro is changing that, finally.
