Avast Antivirus blacklist eso lancher

Today I encountered a popup from my avast antivirus that http://patcher.elderscrollsonline.com/(enter long address here) was blocked due to a url blacklist. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

I was able to bypass this by adding the link to exclusions, but want to bring this to attention

Probably an Avast representative plays ESO and witnessed scamming in zone chat.

I stopped using Avast and have switched to Bitdefender. Avast was the source of a major issue that was causing weird control lag (linked here: https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/198860/unusual-control-lag-latency-camera-fails-to-rotate-movement-sticks-etc-na-server/p1 )
