I think some other system would be better for synergies. Like if they had bigger range to activate. I hate always running after atronach with 5 other people and the fastest guy gets it.

    And what makes you think that you should get the synergy if you were simply not fast enough? Do you want a system that pities slow players or what?

    Becausei it bring innecessary tension to raids,and those who make it boast their dps and diss others who havent gotten it. Also they on purpose next to guy with masters they make deal before raid with friends

    wat, no. but damage synergies needs to be nerfed to 1/4 and so that 4 people can take them.

    Id like a priority system.id rather take shards over conduit in most cases as a tank.

    Pretty much this. It makes sense for one item to have one synergy.

    Also, what is happening with your dps as you are running across the room to get the synergy for the atro? It makes sense if you are not near the synergy to let someone else get it. idk (obviously) maybe OP just explained the situation improperly.
