Which class offers the most variety with play styles?

Hi! I have been levelling a StamSorc for some time now and the main reason I'm sticking with it is because I have all the crafting skills in the mid-high 40's and most of the traits researched on it too. I have become quite bored with the play style and the limitation on the amount of skills that are useful, and so I'm looking for another class to play which offers more choice and variation.

Can anyone help guide me on which of the classes would you say has the most variety in terms of usable skills and play styles available? I'm not looking for meta builds, just to have fun and try different things although in general I do like the Brawler play style. This has led me to occasionally play a Magplar as well, but I am concerned that this may also end up not having that much variety.

I think DK is fun and different to play on Stamina and Magica dps. And also easy for tanking dungeons and with some respec etc easy trialtanky. Otherwise you can play every Class with everything if you want to.

As MagPlar you can easy spec on a Healer.

I would honestly say Warden. They have more dedicated skill lines to tanking, dps, and healing.

DKs aren’t typically great healers. Sorcs and NB’s aren’t typically great tanks. Templars are better known for their heals. (There’s alway exceptional builds out there, though, that can overcome preconceived notions.)

But- if I’m in a dungeon or PvP group and I see a Warden listed as Tank, DPS, or healer- I don’t wince. They seem to fill each role nicely.

I would also say Warden is what you're looking for. It has a lot more refined skill lines than the original classes and although wardens aren't really the best at any role, they are very good at all of them.

There’s a lot of different ways I’ve seen to set up a Magsorc. Petless, pet with focus on aoe, pet focusing on single target and I’m sure there’s more. My biggest problem is trying to decide between which skills I want to use cause there’s so many cool ones.

play a tank. tanks utility skills change all the time. According to the battle. End game though. In the beginning it is boring cause u have nothing to do

I'd say Warden as well, great variety (the only thing that's not very good is mag DD).

Thanks for the responses! So far I have stayed away from playing the Warden class as from what I have seen I haven’t been sure that I would like the pets and pet animations. I could give it a go though and see.

The other class I was thinking of was maybe Nightblade as from what I can see they have the most usable stamina morphs and most of the magicka morphs are good too

You can play any class in any role. its just a different approach.

Weave something with LA to increase group dps. Roll-dodge heavy attacks to inflict off-balance. Block-cancel spam balance to make your healer busy. Launch funny memento to increase you group morale. Fight for 100% of crusher uptime without blockade/hail. Yell at group to provide synergies, so you may play alkosh mini-game. Look out for what healer and dps are doing, also check buffs/debuffs at cmx and gave comments about improvement points.
