Just to be sure. THIS IS NOT THE SCRAPPED PVP IN PVE BOUNTY SYSTEM!.
So after a good bottle of vodka i was thinking. Would not be a good idea to add an ability to place bounty on other players who annoy you or just to mess with them? The bounty could not be so high. Maybe 500-15k. Of course other players could not be able to get it off from you. And it would not even be normal bounty. No guards would attack you. Bounty hunters would come after you. They act like normal npc but they just attack you. They would be always random. They cannot kill you. But if your HP is getting down under 20%. They would get the cash from you. Whatsu think? Could work or it is some crazy drunken idea

✭✭✭would require either an opt-in for the potential target or some other mechanism to require the target to actively subscribe to the system. too easy to grief people otherwise. I'd subscribe to something like this though. would be fun. An added twist - if you kill the bh on your tail, you get his contract, including who gave it. So you can return the favor.
