"Dislike" button will just add more negativity and trolling to the forums.

Its rather academic, but the way I approach their use is as follows:
Insightful, if someone has provided helpful or useful information, something I or others may not be aware of.
Agree, if I agree with something someone has said, surprisingly I click agree!
Awesome, I use this for the more funny or silly comments, or indeed for something I think needed said or stated, an opinion given that I feel warrants the title awesome.
Its an interesting psychology, ultimately I dont care, but human nature means I do tend to appreciate likes and insightful clicks, even though I know it makes no difference and doesnt matter. I want da sugar!
