I need a Cape, BAD!

Dear ZOS of ZOS’s:
I just figured it all out. The single, SIGNAL thing I need to improve the quality of my ESO life good and bright is a cape for my character.
I promise not to whine and complain about nothing much, MUCH, if you give it to me, so long as you don’t nerf wings. (Though, you can nerf Sorc and stuff. NO PROBLEMO).
Remember CAPE as in something you wear and not a new coastal, dreamy seascape dlc or dungeon or nothing.

✭✭✭They did have capes in alpha but took them out.
Wanna know why ESO has no capes, go look up the Breton Hero and see how horrible it looked.
Also do a forum search and read the other 1,000 post's on capes and why it is good we dont have them...

Obvi, not a directly-representitive metaphorical happenstance, since there's no crying in baseba-- I mean, no flying in ESO, but the sentimental aspectitorial message is the same.2 -

Also, search is your friend! This horse has been beaten into gore-y paste already, and the fact remains that ZOS tried to do capes, back in initial game development, and realized they can either make capes that look very, very bad (check out a Lich next time you fight one!), or they can have triple the lag. And decided on the third option...

Grinding just make you go in circles.

This. iirc, the devs have specifically stated performance issues. ESO is more detailed, has much more going on, than most MMORPGs to begin with.
