So I felt like changing the Outfit of my Argonian Warden Ice mage but I'm a bit stumped on ideas. Anyone got any good motif/combinations that would make for a good-looking Frost Mage?

Not final: The robe is divine prosecution. I'm still looking for something better. Colors are Julianos White with Vekh's Mystic Blue.

✭✭✭✭✭Stahlrim Frostcaster seems like the obvious motif answer, though that won't be in the store until December, if you don't have it already. The Arctic Rime skin in the current crates is another no-brainer pick (assuming you're not going with the Crystalfrost skin.)
The base game Nord and Barbaric motifs may be worth looking at. Dreadhorn, Fang Lair, and Bloodforged may also be worth checking out.0
