Game was designed for console in my view but if PS4 version dies then I will go to PC. It also depends on what games you play. Diablo 2 was the only PC game I played and I don't have a working PC or PVP on that anymore but loved it. I would need to hook up my PC to a large TV to have such a good ESO experience on PC compared to PS4. ESO is the best game for a giant TV and I have dropped probably a thousand dollars on ESO and is well worth it in my view. Off topic slightly but ya. Good entertainment / immersion.

Do yourself a favor and get a wired Gamepad (No batteries required, for long hours of grinding), I just wish ESO on PC had a default layout for PS4 style controllers instead of Xbox. You need to rebind your keys to match.
Also the add-ons are very nice.

Or will I be so disadvantaged that it's not worth losing progression on console?

So the general consensus is to switch it seems to me.
How is lag on PC NA?
