✭✭✭Update 21 (Wrathstone) is the most recent patch.
There aren't any notes to read. The information comes from a ZoS Twitch show, PAX East, I think, about 2 hours long. These are ideas ZoS is considering. In particular, it appears ZoS will be addressing long-term complaints about certain skills in Update 22: Snipe, Steel Tornado, and a couple others.
We will know more when Update 22 is released on PTS in mid-April. At this point, these changes are speculative and subject to alteration, but some form of adjustment is coming.
