Dungeon Finder: A Way to Opt Out of Dungeons In Progress?

Could we have an option not to get pulled into dungeons already in progress?

Sucks when I need to get a pledge done and end up getting a group that's already cleared one or two bosses. I typically leave and play another character while my dungeon finder cooldown resets. But an option not to get pulled into those groups in the first place would be awesome. I've seen the feature in other mmo group finders.

Why not just being a beast an do the dungeon and then do it a second time?

They should fix the pledges so that in those situations the previous bosses are considered clear. The risk of shenanigans is offset by how many people (understandably) act like the op and leave because they know they won't get to complete their pledge without starting again.

Agree, instead of opting out of such dungeons ( which would hurt the queue times ), they should change the pledge quest requirement to get the reward if you kill the last boss, instead of all/most of the bosses.

This would be a cool compromise.

And to the person with the "beast" comment: I get out of work late and often don't have time to run a single dungeon multiple times just to get one pledge done.

Once I had to tank half finished Cradle of Shadows 3 times in one night before I got a fresh team. I haven’t been back to that dungeon since.

I’d be in favor of getting the pledge completion with the last boss killed. Or if you’re joining a group in progress for your quest progress to be updated to where crown’s progress is at currently.

I actually enjoy this for non-dlc dungeons. If you join a dungeon at the last boss and beat it on hardmode, you can go back in and beat the remaining bosses on normal and it still counts as a hardmode clear.
