Based on the description of this achievement, it seems you can get it post-event. Is this correct? Just making sure I don't need to grind it out today.

It took me about 60 pies to do it last night, but the game was exceptionally laggy, even by typical cyrodiil standards. There were even times when I would watch a pie hit the target and I would get a KB 2 seconds later, and it wouldnt register for the achievement. I had I believe 42 KBs when I hit the necessary 10, and I bet more than half of the 10 was someone else's pie.
The advantage of making a dent in it tonight is that there will be a lot of people throwing pies. I could see this being a huge pain in the butt to try to accomplish after the event unless you cheese it somehow.0
