Crown crates got so successful they got standalone now XD???

    if you are talking about lootcrates, those went up for preorder months and month ago and are Elder scrolls in general, not specificaly ESO only.

    moreover - loot crate has been around for years. I'm reasonably sure it was around, before ESO was even released, let alone - got crown crates. its just a box of nerdy goodies curated around a theme. I have personaly bought other themes from them before, and its generally worth the cost. unlike crown crates - you are not getting a random assortment that could be good, or could be crap. its usually a piece of closing, a figurine, and various chotckes like decalls, or mugs, etc.

    Loot Crates have been around for long time and I have subbed to it for 2 years now.
    For about $40 a month you get a box with a t-shirt, statue, poster, and other swag based on si-fi, fantasy, etc.
    They are doing Elder Scroll themed ones that start in June.

    god I wish, I guess we shall see. I preordered a year worth of crates for ES back when they first announced them, so looking forward to starting to get them soon :) still wearing my N7 hoodie and using a backpack from Mass Effect crate years and years ago.

    and i saw a question and tried to answer it. and the answer other then explanation of what loot crate actualy is - is no, this has nothing to do with ESO crown crates and never did. and yes, that IS the crate I was talking about that you edited you OP with.
