Is mages fury still bugged?

Seems like mages fury skills (I’m using wrath) are not always giving the extra damage when enemies fall below 20%. Is this still a thing? Thought it was fixed.

PvE or PvP? As Its dodgable since nerfmire, and of course we lost our execute passive this patch too boot..

I’m talking pve. Maybe its the passive being gone. Just does not seem to be doing much damage. Might as well just use elemental weapon hits just as hard. Kinda laughable that its considered an execute. I mean, at least have it give more damage the lower the target’s health or the higher your mag pool, or something, to make it worth using.

It hits harder than ele weapon but its an absolute trash excuse for an execute (in PvE anyways). Half the time I just slot magelight for more passive damage for the whole fight. Does waaaay lower damage than impale or jesus beam and starts working at only 20%.
