What platform, and how do you know it is at 130GB?

The game is about 75GB installed, but fresh install or update after a long time (that fails to do differential update) downloads 65GB in zips and then needs to unpack those. Try freeing 140GB, that should be more than enough for fresh install. If you have the game already installed, 70GB free should suffice for update/repair. No idea why they distribute zips that are practically non-compressible, because most game data files are compressed inside.

Odd. You aren't, by chance, installing both the Live and PTS versions of the game, are you?

Hm. ZOS should say that in their literature on the subject. Everything I see says no more than 90GB to install.

Looking at file size, it looks like you are installing it or maybe re-installing by any chance ?

On PC ESO requires approximately 70 gigs, but when you first install the game it requires twice as much since you have downloaded "install file" and you need to install them "somewhere" so the install files are deleted only after they are installed.

Maybe the game did not deleted the downloaded "install files" ?

Assuming you do not have the PTS version installed, you may have multiple unnecessary language packs.
Go into your ESO installation and see if you have any VO_ folders. You only need one for your language. If you use English, you can keep VO_EN and remove the other VO_ folders.
