Missing Motifs from Anniversary Event and where to get them

So there are 45 motifs available during the event, meaning their are 26 (two 53's) not in the reward pool.

Excluding the originals:

Crafting Motif 1: High Elf Style (Altmer Style)
Crafting Motif 2: Dark Elf Style (Dunmer Style)
Crafting Motif 3: Wood Elf Style (Bosmer Style)
Crafting Motif 4: Nord Style (Nord Style)
Crafting Motif 5: Breton Style (Breton Style)
Crafting Motif 6: Redguard Style (Redguard Style)
Crafting Motif 7: Khajiit Style (Khajiit Style)
Crafting Motif 8: Orc Style (Orc Style)

    53: Clockwork—not obtainable. data exists for it in the game, but the achievement for it was removed, and 53 was replaced by Tsaesci.
    53: Tasesci—Crown Store, limited time only
    68: Honor Guard—found in Blackrose Prison. vBRP increases the odds of finding one.

    68 is a particularly new motif, and so I think they excluded it from the event as to not take away the thunder from BRP so soon after the motifs were introduced.
    Shortly after the formation of the Ebonheart Pact, a Nord woman was given a tour of the Tribunal Temple. When later asked about the experience, she seemed upset. Suffice to say, the Dunmer were not pleased to hear this, and thus they inquired further.
    "Well," the Nord frowned, "the priests were very angry and unwelcoming. They kept shouting things at me like "you can't drink that mead in here!" and "somebody stop her, she's running naked!" and "we can't catch her; she's covered in grease!""
