I think I finally found what I do best in ESO!

Since I have trouble with dps I decided to level a healer and try that, today I just finished healing for my first ever Vet DLC dungeon run, and got my earthgore helm! went pretty smoothly for a first run at that!
Playing your character the way your character should play is all that matters. Play as well as you can but never betray the character. Doing so would make playing an mmoRPG pointless.

    Congrats!

    Now challenge yourself with another DLC HM dungeon ... like Fang Lair or Cradle of Shadows. Or today’s DLC pledge.

    That's how I started tanking. I couldn't beat 25k dps mark.. but I managed to master tank's profession pretty well.

    Just wait till you have to heal someone who qued for the vet dungeon as a tank while wearing a destro staff or bow.

    I cant, already did today's pledge on normal earlier. might try tomorrow's pledge! and vWGT is probably next. I need purple SPC rings.

    also It's not really my fault if theres a fake tank. If someone dies in one hit nothing I can do will save him from that death.

    I was more speaking of tanks who have like 15k HP, you can tank most things with any weapon with the right build.

    This is why I am a healer and I've become pretty good at that, having healed my group through some of the hardest raid achievements in the game. :)

    If trying to do dps, I can barely reach 30k on a target skeleton, and that's on a very good day. :D

    It's a long way to determine what suits you best, though majority end up as dps, because like person above said best is to play how you like, and for dps only numbers matters, way how you achieve them is up to you.
    On contrary for tank or healer there are fixed rules what support roles should do, so while mechanically (amount and rhythm of animation cancel) they are easier then dps role, there is a lot responsibility and very small freedom. So you need soul of a leader to be a tank and compassionate soul to be a healer, otherwise you will be too often pi***d off by group actions.
    For example, group dps is too low and adds are not killed fast enough so they overwhelm group eventually. Who will be blamed? Healer and tank obviously. Healer for insufficient healing and tank for insufficient mob control. It's not a case of organized trials where everything is calculated step by step, but in dungeons and lfg trials it's common situation.

    I pug vet dungeons occasionally but dont pug DLC vets or trials to avoid those situations.
