Two accounts in house: One can't see Players/NPCs

We (husband/wife) have two accounts in the household, playing together.
One is perfectly fine, no real issues; the other will be standing in the same area, and the only other character I can see is the person I'm grouped with (the other account).

A /reloadui will fix things for about 2-3 minutes, but then the same account loses the ability to see other people/NPCs

Basically, are we hosed by having two accounts running concurrently on the same network? Any work around, other than /reloadui constantly? It's basically unplayable for one of us!

Does this still happen, if you are not grouped together?

And have you tried swapping computers? Login on eachothers comps to see, if the same account still as the problem on the other computer?

i have same problema, i cant see certain npc or enemies, i do reload ui and problem persist

Might be because of phasing. Have you tried to 'Travel to Player'? If you're on different parts of a quest line you may be in a different 'phase' of the game or area. There are also some instanced areas that you can only solo.

It happened to us as well. We have two computers side by side and my gf could not see neither me nor the NPCs. Reloading the UI would solve it momentarily but then it would happen again.

We were in the same phase so it's not it - I've tried disabling any addons to see if this is what's causing it by any chance.

It just happened yesterday evening before logging off, will see if the issue persist.

My girlfriend and I are having this exact same issue. I can see all of the NPCs but she can't. She also can see horses but they just slide around. Reloadui works but only for the immediate area and soon the problem returns.

It doesn't seem to be lag because we can both see the horses moving at the same time but on her screen there's no rider. We updated her graphics drivers.

I don't believe the game files are causing an issue because she originally downloaded the game. I then transferred all of the files from her computer onto mine to save on internet usage.

Since we have a usage cap, it would be great to know if there was anything else I could try, or if reinstalling will fix the issue.

I am having the same problem (although I don't have anyone with a second account to test against.)

I see horses sliding around with no riders. Walls of flame, but no Incendiaries 'casting' them. Warnings to block or interrupt but no opponent.

As mentioned above, /Reloadui works for a few moments, but only for the immediate area.

** Edit to add: The problem seemed to manifest some time last night and has continued through this morning.

I have this issue as well. Mobs/characters jut disappearing. It got me killed several times today, jut out of nowhere and then BAM dead. Never saw anything. Horses with no riders, Invisible mobs. Standing right in front of a quest mob and can't see it to interact with it until I /reloadui.

Not he kind of "game" I want to play.

My idea on this is that the phasing system is not working too well. I've seen invisible payers earlier, not mobs yet.
