More likely it's the fulfillment house.
Zenimax could have registered it's own indicia as 'Tamriel' or some such. There's a few hoops to jump through, nothing particularly difficult, but it would have been a nice touch.

USPS probably just saw the label was created and now they're waiting for the shipment of shirts to be handed off to them.

Donari✭✭✭✭My shirt just arrived in the mail. I am disappoint!
I mean, it's a lovely shirt. Good fabric, no neck tag, elegant design, nice and long in the size I ordered. BUT. Why the (angry word here) does a 2XL have such a tiny neck opening? It barely clears my neck, let alone my collarbones. Since I start choking at the slightest pressure on my neck, I order way oversized shirts precisely so there will be plenty of neck room. Also so they'll clear my hips, I like a loose tunic and while I have a very slim frame from the ribs up, I do broaden in tummy and hips.
If the neck hole on this shirt fits this snugly on a slim woman, I have to wonder how it'll be for men on whom the shirt is actually snug across the shoulders and chest because no way will they have a neck as small as mine. Thus this shirt is useless to me because I cannot wear it for more than ten seconds.
(I have had the same issue with five of the last six tees I ordered from The Mountain via Amazon. Now I wonder if the Bethesda tee comes from the same factory and some algorithm is entered wrong, since a friend who ordered an XL said the neck hole on that one was plenty wide. That or gasping for air is the new fashion statement).
@ZOS_GinaBruno Would you be able to check with the manufacturer as to the intended neck dimensions compared to the actual ones?0
