Fix dungeon and trial loading

I keep getting kicked to the loading screen on Xbox. When I que for either a dungeon or a trial, I get kicked to the loading screen roughly 80% of the time when we begin to teleport to the dungeon/trial. By the time I’ve logged back on, I’ve been kicked and have to wait another 15 minutes to maybe again be kicked. This has been an ongoing issues for months.
Have the developers addressed this at all? Is this happening for other platforms?
