OP is thinking that "luxury" items in MMO is the same then in IRL. Of course it is not.
I mean if somebody owns Ferrari, he/she gathers a lot of positive attention, even if that car is earned by thieving/sleeping/being somebody's child etc...
But when you see guys in ESO on those 350 gems sticks or 600 gems mounts, you just think. lmao dude wasted several hundred bucks on pixels.

Ohhhh, is this about that silly looking spider mount thing. Yeah it's worth a lot of money, but it's just a cosmetic. If people want to waste their hard-earned cash on a burning toilet with legs, then by all means

Hear, hear!I just don't like their attempts to exploit, manipulate and mislead people to make more money.
Also, what is your obsession with millennials? The time period that someone was born in does not determine their ability to comprehend predatory methods companies use to exploit and manipulate people to make money. That is a rather shortsighted point of view. Also, ageism is against the ToS so you might want to tone back on the whole "making fun of millennials is fun" attitude.I'm not sure millennials and the forum crybabies will understand this, but here we go...
even the TLDR is bad

I don’t even know what my generation is called (I’m in my 50s) but I don’t care about someone’s age. I look at the logic behind their statements. Every generation has bright people and hopeless people. I even know bright people who disagree with each other, so simply having a viewpoint doesn’t make you smart or stupid, as there is a lot of grey area on most things.
That would make you either a babyboomer (born before 1965) or Generation X type (born in or after 1965)rotaugen454 wrote: »I don’t even know what my generation is called (I’m in my 50s)

You are conveniently forgetting that some view points are not grey though haha.. If someone walks around saying we should all live under the rule of a unicorn people would laugh at them. Rightly so.
You are right, often it does not make you stupid however lets not forget that a lot of view points really are stupid and based on literally no evidence.
