Looking for add-on that stacks resource bars

Like this:

I currently use Bandits UI for that functionality, but Bandits is a massive add-on suite and I only use that feature pretty much (I use standalone add-ons for the other stuff). Is there a smaller add-on that achieves this? Thanks.

LUI does this. Probably not the simpler addon that you're after, though...

I'll look at the esoui repo and see what the lua will entail. If the effort isn't too great, I'll get back to you.

Do you know which setting affects this? I use Azurah for a few features. but I couldn't find this functionality anywhere in the settings.

The add-on you want for that is wykkyd enchanted hud.

I use it and it's lightweight and works perfectly
