Twitch drops not enabled despite twitch account being linked to account and logged in

My account is linked to my twitch account. But when I watch ESO streams it tells me 'Enable in-game Drops with Account Link.' It doesnt say drops are already enabled like it did in the past. Has anyone else experienced this issue before?

I don't watch streams majority of the time and then there are twitch crates that randomly appear in my account despite not watching streams? I get the code in my email address linked to my account, but i don't watch streams unless its an official one on the Bethesda channel, so where are these coming from?

    Make sure you meet the following criteria in order to qualify for Twitch drops.
    1. Your Elder Scrolls Online account for PC/Mac must be linked to your Twitch account. You can link your account by following the steps provided at this link. (Twitch drops are not available on the Xbox or PlayStation clients.)
    2. You must be logged into the Twitch account that is linked to your Elder Scrolls Online account.
    3. You need to watch a stream that has had drops turned on for ESO on Twitch.tv.
      • You will know drops are enabled if you see the message "Drops enabled! Watch for a chance to earn loot!" under the stream video.

    Doesnt say it has drops on my phone/tablet, even though I know the drops are active.

    open a support ticket because it might be that your eso acc got connected to somebody elses twitch acc.
    What are Natch Potes? Can you eat those?
    I believe in Genie-Gina.

    Figured it out, it dont work on an app, I had to go trough a real browser AND use regular settings, not mobile ones.

    But still annoying since I now missed 2 days :/

    Thanks for the stab in the back zos team. Can't help me after over 1 month of trying to get me to unlink and relink over and over. Now completely unable to participate to get the mount.

    Having the same problem here for weeks now.
    I had a twitch account a while back where everything worked just fine.

    Now I made a new account and I am not able to link this Twitch account properly to my ESO account.

    I unlinked and relinked both in every way possible, deleting every cache possible whatsoever.

    It says both accounts are linked.
    Yet no drops are enabled.

    I'm kinda bummed because I really like the mounts in the Twitch drops :(

    Is there at least someone looking into this? This error/bug/lalala has been there for SO long :(

    Do I have to make new Twitch accounts until one finally, magically works?

    ZOS, please tell us what's going on :(

    As you've already done the recommended troubleshooting, you should go ahead and open a ticket with customer support for further assistance.

    I've been trying to do that. Apparently without success.
    It's not an issue with billing, I don't need technical support and send you my DxDiag, I also have no problem in "Account Retrieval".

    Please, tell me which category.
