Many things they may increase the value of the bow yes.

It's strings, the wood, how many shots already on the clock, the quality of the carving for example.

The best goods cost the most coin - there is no getting over that fact.

The art is in knowing which really are the best good though.

Only buy original Khajiit merchandise from Khajiit traders.

Perhaps stop by Claws Great Mall and Doing Things Place sometime and get yourself a great bow at a great price whilst also stopping for lunch at our food court?
