Update addons and reset router with game closed. If that doesn't work, probably will save you time and frustration by finding another game.

Well these kinds of solutions never really worked for most players, I got kinda used to being kicked randomly to login screen for no reason (I mean it hapopens for over a year now lol), however due to that fact I rarely if ever go to dungeons/trials so that the whole group of players won't get delayed cause of it.
And besides if it would be my net/router etc. online games that are more let's say needy than ESO would have same if not worse issues but they do not... So we can see where is the problem.
1 more thing I noticed, players who have such troubles are located mostly on EU servers, NA seems fine.

What else do you have running in the background while playing ESO?
You say you have updated all addons, but have you tried disabling them all?
Yes and it still happens. I stood in town while they were disabled and still had the issue.
Have you tried playing the game from the .exe file rather than through the launcher?
I usually run it by opening up the eso64 shortcut on my desktop. But this last time I opened the game using the launcher.
This is what's running on my PC. (Mind you I have google open so I can post this)
Are you playing through Steam?
I bought the game from the ESO website back in 2016.
Is any part of your computer system (mouse, keyboard, modem, router) wireless?

Maybe a proxy or VPN can solve this problem. Although its kinda crappy that some players need to use a VPN or proxy for something that should be working out of the box 😐

Or see if the ISP - who have already checked everything at your end - can arrange a different routing so as to bypass the bad node. I know that players have found that to be both feasible and effective with various games in the past, including with my own ISP. Your problem is certainly sounding more and more like a network issue than anything at your end or with the server.

So there are couple ideas, not good ones mind you... There is a possibility that ZoS third party service Akamai is causing it, but you can't do anything unless you have a VPN like mudfish to redirect traffic to make it cleaner.
Finally and this is the most annoying you can try to uninstall and clean install ESO again to see if there are any errors that can't be fixed through the installer. Its annoying because you have redownload the patches. I call this a last ditch effort.
Have you tried other game like this to see if its ZoS servers? Like SWTOR or DCUO, etc
Maybe they should try a system like RIFT has.
Priority Login.
Subs get in to the game faster than non-subs.
On that game I never once had an issue with being able to stay online and play. Because I paid a Subscription.
Others (non-subs) had problems at times though. But not often.
And their Phasing, seemed way better than this game.
And instead of One Tameriel maybe instead we could have gotten a system like Rift's Mentoring system.
Where we could mentor up or down depending on what we were about to go do. I often went and helped friends who were lower level than myself just by mentoring down to their level so I wouldn't nerf their experience.
Maybe Zos should have took some notes on how they did it all.
Or better yet...maybe Zos should check and see if any of them need a job.
They would make a nice addition to the team.
Too bad the company sold out to someone else or I would go back there.

True. Very true.
And I will just give up on trying to play this game first before I spend any more money to do so.
And No, noone gets my stuff. It stays on the ship and goes down with it's Captain.

There are free VPN programs (like Proton) most limit bandwidth but to play ESO bandwidth doesnt matter, only latency, so maybe its worth a try of you're not willing to spend more (understandably).

While doing some research about Vpn's and Proxy's, I came across this https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/442876/vpns-will-not-make-your-connection-to-eso-game-server-faster
I don't think that is a safe route.
So I will pass.
I may just have to quit the game if I can't get any help from Zos.

Yeah. It's so sad - because I won't even log in to RIFT any more at all, even to sit in my houses and contemplate my navel in the bathtub my daughter built! So bummed. I was seriously thinking about just going back (and subbing - because that's what I do....) and then I found out Trion did something so atrocious....
