Winged twilights are rude

Will anything ever be done to fix this?

travel to a wayshrine - there's a winged twilight flapping in your face
visit a crafting station to complete a writ - there's a winged twilight flapping in your face
visit a banker in town - there's a bunch of winged twilights flapping in your face
go to turn in your writs - there's a winged twilight flapping in your face

BONUS:
try to interact with a banker/writ turnig/crafting station and theres a stupid bear blocking you

Why can't we have transparency on annoying pets like other games? Especially when they insist on adding so many. Necromancer is going to make this even much worse.

When they implement guard aggro and bounties for certain necromancy skills, I really hope they also implement it for summoned daedric pets. It's essentially the same sort of thing. You'll see a drastic decrease of flappy monstrosities in towns at that point.

I don't think necromancers will have permanent pets.

I know what you mean though. They are so annoying. My main is a pet sorc and they even annoy me. I always dismiss them in populated areas.

Indeed, same complaints for years and yet ZOS did nothing.
How hard is it just to transfer the pets to other phase/instance...outside of player's mouse targeting... Instead of game phase/instance X, the pets will be on game phase/instance XPets.
In Open World PVE we have no need to target other player's pet at all, so there is no reason for us to be blocked from interacting with the game world due to other players pets.

Those flying rats should be the size of a common housefly and should land on your shoulder when you stand still. I don't even like my own. I activate it for a fight then get rid of it as quick as I can after the fight ends if I use it at all.

Maybe it should be a Twilight Cricket but a mute one so I don't have to hear it chirp. I don't much care for chirping crickets.
and then the parrot said, "must be the water mines green too."

Make them 90% smaller. Like a nixad.

Or nerf Necro. Make it so bad nobody uses pets. ;)

    Kidding no nerfs.

necro wont' have permanent pets of any type, and if they pull up pets in the towns they get arrested, so don't worry about that.

twilights are obnoxious though i agree.

Why not have them land as idle animation out of combat.
It would be realistic and pretty cool.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

in pvp you cannot target sorcs that have pets, you hit the pet even if you have the sorc tab targetted it still hits the pet.
tab target does not let you hit what you have targetted, and those pets are constant in the way.

in morrowind SP if you pulled out a pet in towns the guards would attack you for it.
    eso should be the same.

The twilight kind of erm facesits the owner right after battle. Trust me people, it's equally annoying for us PetSorcs. -_-

I dismiss my matriarch in towns (thank Mara for the Pet Dismiss add on). I've always endorsed the idea of the matriarch being a pocket-sized pixie healer (nyxad would be fine). Reducing the size of the summoned twilight by 75% is an alternative. Using animations similar to the harpy to fold wings and land when idle would be another alternative that could helpful as well.

Problem with sorc pets is there’s no way to unsummon them without removing the skill from your bar, getting them killed or dying and/or some other inconvenient work arounds. They’ve said that necro pets will be summoned and then disappear like a dot abilty with a monster form so I don’t think we will have the same issue there. But why ZOS doesn’t have the ability to hot key unsummon doesn’t make sense. It doesn’t have to be anywhere near your combat or movement keys.

Pets & Dueling within city limits need to go. Way past time for both.

Edit: Also, Flappy Bird could easily stand for a 50%-80% reduction in size.

If you're talking about implementing some sort of auto unsummon integrated into your addon, that's brilliant. Won't stop everything but any sorc using it will have their own pets cleaned up at least.

Character sheet scroll down to active effects and remove the twilight.

The warden bear has been mostly what gets in my way on turning in writs and stuff. I do play petsorc a lot. I don’t run a twilight though. Idk how it is on pc but I wish there was a fast and simple way to toggle pet on/off. I have to slot another skill to unsummon pet.

I put my pets and twilights away when I'm not fighting, go complain about the selfish players, not the twilights.

Easy fix make pets way bigger but make it so you cant actually hit them, your attacks go through to the player. No point killing a pet which will just be re summoned anyway.
Playing your character the way your character should play is all that matters. Play as well as you can but never betray the character. Doing so would make playing an mmoRPG pointless.

Easiest fix is to make them like NB's shade. Instant summon, don't dismiss even when switched to other bar, but timed for like 20 sec. With this setup, they can even change it to give the caster some buff when cast.
