Can't login PC EU-server

anyone else having issues? First I had an endless loading screen so decided to force quit, now I can't login. Got some error with unable to connect to server, and now its just pending on requesting login.

    now it kinda seems to work, atleast I am not hanging at requesting login, but in a loading screen

    server seems to have a hickup. Very slow, but now I am in again

    It let me relog after infinite loading screen, but now performance is struggling
