Pretty disappointed that the new stupendous reward boxes can drop the old runeboxes. Nothing like opening the reward box (that has a daily account limit, not character) and finding a cherry blossom runebox.

I forgot to mention that the fact that you need to deal final blow is highly punishing for any support build. Whatever you are, tank or healer or just a tanky-healer... well... good luck getting it. Hell, even if you are pure DPS build it is still a lottery...

Great add on for this is PET DISMISS where you can unsummon all pets with a single keystroke.

i still can't understand Noise Maker and Joke Popper. i already consumed a lot of different dazzlers, did a lot of noise with dazzlers from white to pink but the achievements remain at zero.

It's going to be a real pain in the butt trying to get the achieves for noisemaker and popper on multiple 'toons, since they each need to be assembled from 5 pieces, and I don't see that happening with the low drop rate and limited access to them.

Do they need to be assembled as such? I simply used them as if they were consumables and my tally went up in the achievements count.

Agreed, this looks like a middle finger to support players. I'd rather see the requirements increased, like 50 kills but as long as you tagged the enemy player you get credit.

Yep...I've thrown at least 30 pies in Cyrodill; 0/10.
I the bright side, it's not required for Royal Jester!

TIP: Get a buddy on the opposite faction to meet you somewhere quiet and have a duel. 50% chance of pie achievement.

Good luck with that. Time for more Google. Figuring out how to travel there took about half an hour. Now I go into the city, and no clue where he is. There's a likely looking building, but it doesn't open. Do I have to do a quest line to open the building? Is he in there? Oh, the joys of being a noob in this game.
Possible locations.

Will know in a couple of hours wont we
From my initial test I think, unfortunately, you need a killing blow for the Achievement. That kinda sucks because you need to mess around with quick slots to select the pie & throw it, during combat. That means you will be least likely to get this Achievement and one of your ally will get it instead, while you waste pies & throw them at people. It also sucks that it is a consumable, and not a memento, so you can run out of "ammo". Maybe I am wrong, maybe the "pie" effect is purge-able. IDK for sure yet, but from what it looks like - you need to deal the killing blow while the enemy is covered with pie (duration, about 12 seconds).
Thanks for the early heads up. I can already see players doing the I pie-kill you and then you pie-kill me thing in pvp, presumably near an outpost or town for quick respawns.

i dunno if this has been discussed that much beyond the pre-event comments, but the best approach is to first, do this within a guild that has members in all three alliances. next, do your best to organize in a centralized spot so that if someone does have to come back from the starter area, it's not too bad. next, have at least 2 pc's in each alliance, one to be killed by the other alliance guildies, and the other to resurrect, because that avoids going back to the starter areas, and for supplies, both pies and soul gems for res'ing...I participated in just such an event with my guild and it was great fun. I was able to get the achievement on 2 of my characters during our hour-long event. Oh, and also BTW, one last tip, bleed out any of your buffs & strip off gear, so that you're easier to kill by your alt-alliance guildies, and it goes faster that way.
