Jester event question

It says to eat 5 "Festive Noise Maker Parts" to unlock an achievement and memento. Problem is, I've done all the Jester missions, but only have two at the end. The Jesters don't seem to be giving more missions, so how the heck do you get the other 3 parts?

Tomorrow? you have to repeat this quest every day, and rewards are random.1 -

Blue quest markers can be repeated. Most are dailies, they reset at 1 or 2am Eastern. A few cannnot be repeated without meeting some prerequisite (the Vampire and Werewolf quests), and a few can be repeated endlessly.0 -

at this time of year, it will be 2am EDT...then the 3 jesters quests can be done all over again. Plus, if you have alternate characters, each character can do all three quests daily. I don't know if the noise markers are only in the stupendous boxes or can be in any jesters boxes, however...

That's correct.
