Ticket price typo?

Guys. Cap on tickets also caps the amount of tickets they are allowed to make an item cost. If the cap was 20 tickets, the indrik pet would cost probably as much, and the arm pack parts would be at least 7. So I am not sure making the cap higher will benefit us.

I'd hope they aren't meant to be 25 crowns, Someone can just walk up with 250 crowns and defeat 10 tickets worth of work others have done. Psht.

So if each ticket is 250 and it takes 10 to buy a berry then a person needing to buy said berry would have to pay 2500 crowns???

Even by doing all the events every day (minus 1!) that is not enough to get all the page styles.

Can confirm, the style pages are not bound. However, they are technically containers, you you cannot bank them.

Yeah, pages purchased with tickets are bound. I suspect this is because tickets can be purchased with crowns.

Agree and disagree at te same time.
Like let's be honest. Today's quest which gives 2 tikets took me 3-5 minute to finish it. Previous event quests was in the same position. So no absolutely any probs to get it without buying.
Price is high, but hey you (players) in my opinion don't have right to blame zos until you sell all stuff in the guild traders for insane prices. If you don't sell it ok you can blame xD

The greedy part wasnt really the price of the tickets. The greedy part was saying, this is your only chance to get the last berry, because you very well might have people that feel like they need to spend the crowns or perhaps some of their prior efforts were a total waste.

I missed a number of the events to get a Indrik, and only really took interest in getting one upon coming back to the game in the last month. Unfortunately what prices like this do is make me lose interest and not spend any money. I might have been happy spending £10-20 on a mount but certainly wouldn't consider spending the 90,000 crowns required (assuming you don't do any events).

I might go for the basic Indrik and maybe a variant, but certainly won't be spending money on tickets.

I think there should be multiple rewards, which are a mixture of easy to obtain, reward those who grind and for really loyal players. This system is purposely nerfed to push people to spend. Those that are able to play all events or have the time/inclination to grind aren't really the target for MTX anyway.

It seems to me the greed is found amongst some players who absolutely must have the Dawnwood Indrik no matter what, despite the existence of a gazillion other mounts in the game.

No the greedy part was to limit the chance of getting the weapon skins to <1% of drops in an 3 chance daily event.
Saw 1 WTS in Rawl zone, none in my guilds reported getting any.
No the armor pack does not include weapons.

Note if you get one of the weapon skins hold on to it as it might well be the most expensive item in ESO.

Why buy them at all, this seasons indrik is lame, all the others are cool, but I dont think they should of added the tickets, because i want people to grind them out and not pull out their cards

Me buying 10 tickets hurts you how? I couldn't do the MW event due to how massive my ping is, and I don't ever do TG/DB in ES games. So if I decide I want to evolve to the Dawnwood, I'm going to have to buy tickets to get the pet.... and one of the berries.

I don't have a problem with that. I'm retired, I have a nice income, and games are my hobby.

That doesn't have anything to do with "greed". Lots of people are collectors and if something unique like this mount is offered for a limited time, it's only natural they'd want it - that's the whole point of Zos ending the offer of the Dawnwood Berries at the end of Q1. To create a sense or urgency that, if you don't buy the tickets you might be missing from the crown store right now, you won't get that mount. Ever.

I'm a bit of a collector myself, especially when it comes to mounts. I admit it. I know it's ultimately useless to have more than one really, but they just look cool/cute/awesome and I love animals, so I can't resist them

But the thing is, I just started playing ESO last year around October and as a new player I just ignored the events since I had the base game to enjoy and had no real idea what those events were about anyway. When I found out, I started participating of course (since I wanted the Indrik), got the feathers and... now even if I get all the tickets during this event that I possibly can, I'll still be short 9 tickets. Which would effectively force me to buy them from the crown store if I still want the Dawnwood Indrik, and for no less than 2250 crowns. That means I would have to buy the 3000 crowns pack... for 21 €?????!!!!!

Yeah, no, Zos... thank you kindly but that is just ridiculous.

as other have mentioned. here is my personal issue. becasue of low cap, I personaly coudln't stock up on tickets to spend on Cadwell's pagers to counteract my atrocious rng (12 special boxes so far - long story, and ZERO motif pages. NONE) unless those motifs stay on impressario during anniversary event? this means that if rng continues as it does, i will NOT have enough tickets to buy berry, pet AND motifs i'm missing. so my options become - buy tickets from crown store before impressario goes away (which is exorbitant) or hope against hope that there will be some affordable pages for sale on guild traders and enough of them for me to complete my collection. this would NOT have been an issue had I been allowed to stock up on tickets instead of spending them on duplicate indrik for future evolution before I was ready to do so.

one way or another SOMETHING has to change. either add cadwell's pages to regular box loot, increase drop rates, increase amount of tickets we can have on us at any given time, remove the whole "limited time" silliness - or all of the above.

Doesn't seem expensive to me. I won't be buying any tickets though. I'm gonna have 2 of the indrik mounts in a few days and the other 2 will happen eventually.

80x250 = 20'000 = ~120 eur for the full mount from 0-100.... or 60 if you only need the berries - seems reasonable ^^

Blimey, not sure what you're eating as you could have Beans on Toast for the week! Much cheaper.

That said to put it into context those 20,000 crowns are going to cost £109.99 (for the 21,000 pack, because you can't just buy stuff for local currency anymore) for one mount if for any reason you've missed the events to date.

Sure you can earn 24 easy tickets atm, but you'll might want those to catch up on the base Indrik or put towards the other cosmetics.

I wish I could sell back the berries. I didn’t want this Indrik but I didn’t want to waste participation in events. So in order to continue participating I had to buy “something”. I already bought a second set of feathers in anticipation for when the nascent disappears upon evolving. but then There were 3 more events to do.

It’s not cool, this system.

increase or remove the ticket cap. Shameful behaviour, not everyone can make the events, and you penalise them by making them pay with real money.
