Light Armor and shields for pvp
I’m theory crafting a dps magicka Templar with light armor but I’m not sure on how to go about it. I know that shields changed so I’m trying to see what everyone is doing. I’ve ran into players with solid shields so I know there’s a way. Please share and discuss ideas or builds, thank you.
