I am in the Aldmeri Dominion and I've obtained the "Soft Wings Spin Choral Garb" and the "Fractured by the bloody Hand" Skyshards located in the Ebonheart Pact territory. However, in my achievements they are not checked as completed. I am unable to finish the Ebonheart and the Tamriel Skyshard hunter achievements.

Support stated it is a bug and that I should post a bug report in forum since it is looked at frequently.
